<p>One of golf’s most popular media franchises, Barstool Sports’ Fore Play podcast, was in Myrtle Beach recently enjoying the many virtues of the Golf Capital of the World.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The boys of Barstool&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; Riggs, Trent, Frankie and Dan &#8211; got to experience the best of Myrtle Beach, on and off the course, as they chronicled their trip via social media and recorded every swing for an upcoming episode of the Fore Play Travel Series.</p>

<p>With an emphasis on speaking to and for the common man, Fore Play is golf’s most popular podcast, regularly interviewing the biggest names in the game. This was their second appearance in the area, following a spring trip when they launched their 2022 Barstool Classic tournament series at Grande Dunes Resort Club.&nbsp;</p>

<p>They played four of the Grand Strand’s most popular courses &#8211; <u><a href="https://www.mbn.com/courses/pine-lakes-country-club">Pine Lakes Country Club</a></u>, <u><a href="https://www.mbn.com/courses/tournament-player-club">TPC Myrtle Beach</a></u>, <u><a href="https://www.mbn.com/courses/pawleys-plantation">Pawleys Plantation</a></u> and <u><a href="https://www.mbn.com/courses/true-blue">True Blue</a></u>.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The quartet began their trip at <u><a href="https://www.mbn.com/courses/pine-lakes-country-club">Pine Lakes</a></u>, Myrtle Beach’s first golf course, which opened in 1927 and remains one of the area’s most coveted tee times. The Golden Age design is just yards from the Atlantic Ocean and enjoys a piece of property with unusual elevation change, a combination that continues to delight golfers.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Fore Play team concluded its Myrtle Beach golf trip with a round at <u><a href="http://www.mbn.com/courses/pawleys-plantation">Pawleys Plantation Golf Club</a></u>, one of the Palmetto State’s most scenic layouts. The Jack Nicklaus design wowed Riggs and the crew with six holes that play along a saltwater marsh, particularly the par 3 13th. Pawleys was an unforgettable conclusion to a trip that will live on through the Bar Stool Travel Series.&nbsp;</p>
