<p>Soho hasn’t just expanded in terms of locations. It’s broadened its menu options, too.</p>

<p>Best described as Asian Fusion meets big-city dining with a side of Southern flair, <a href="https://sohomb.com/">Soho</a> has found a way to appease any palate and certainly any appetite. And it’s leaving us wondering where to begin.</p>

<p>Our most recent trip to the 21st Avenue North site in Myrtle Beach started off with a spicy tuna roll. The sushi was made just behind the bar, with two gents looking the part. The tuna was the perfect touch of chewy, and right amount of rice allowed the fish to remain the star of the show.</p>

<p>At least, until round two was brought to the table.</p>

<p>My dining partner (AKA, my wife) went with the hibachi. The veggies alone were worth every penny, but thanks to a cheap add-on, it came with a side of crab rangoon. There was a sweet-and-sour sauce for the rangoon &#8211; which, by the way, was pretty awesome (I maybe stole one). And a small mound of rice paled into comparison to the main event.</p>

<p>Half of what came out of the kitchen got a nice ride back to my house after.</p>

<p>As for me, I rolled with the veggie Spicy Pad Thai. Let me tell you, for anyone who enjoys a little kick without it stealing the thunder from the noodles and peanuts and veggies &#8211; green peppers, celery, snap peas and mushrooms, if you’re curious &#8211; this has got to be added to your list. The rice noodles and sauce needed a few minutes to cool down, but they were as good or better than some of Myrtle Beach’s Thai-specific restaurants.</p>

<p>A good bit of mine also caught a lift home.</p>

<p>The price tag? $30 and some change plus tip.</p>

<p>As both of us had to get back to work, there were no drinks this time around, but the menu there got us wondering when we might return after hours. Ten Soho-inspired martinis, 12 signature cocktails, six different mules, seven traditional cocktails and even three “liquid desserts” comprised the standup drink menu staring at us while we ate.</p>

<p>And while we were looking over that for future reference, it dawned on us that we checked off three Asian countries with our food orders without thinking much about it and certainly not doing so on purpose.</p>
